I’m nominating my incredible colleague and friend, Hope, because she truly embodies what it means to be a selfless, dedicated educator. Hope consistently goes above and beyond. Not just for her students, but for her fellow staff and for what’s right. She advocates fiercely for equity and inclusion, creating a classroom that is both safe and empowering. Her passion, integrity, and heart make her a role model for everyone around her. Watching her teach and lead is nothing short of inspiring, and I feel lucky to know her and work alongside her.
