Through out my freshman year Ms. Mulligan made me feel more welcome than any teacher had. When I didn't have anyone to talk to in her class she would talk with me and when I was experiencing harassment from another student she was one of the first to jump to my defense. As a teacher, she was dedicated to making her classroom a safe environment and helping her students learn to pass her class. She has been one of my most supportive and encouraging teachers to date.
