I am nominating Leslie because she is a talented teacher who has taught for 4 years in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District. She greets her students each day with warmth and a positive attitude. She provides a safe and nurturing environment while also delivering engaging and creative lessons. She has gone above and beyond as a coach for a Girls on the Run program for 3 years empowering young girls. She’s also a lifelong learner whose passion for teaching stems from her openness to new ideas and strategies.
